Genealogy Research
Roots & Branches Ancestry offer a variety of research options from detailed family history reports to pedigree charts. We pride ourselves in being able to tailor our packages to meet your specific needs. We currently offer:
- Family History Book – Tracing your family name from a known relative back through time. This can be either through the male or female line.
- Family History Deluxe Book – Tracing 2 branches (eg. husband’s and wife’s family) back through time.
- Ancestor Biography – Investigation into one particular historical person or event.
- Family Tree Charts – A visual chart of your family tree. Printed in colour, ready for you to frame and display!
- Specific Queries – If your needs are not met by one of the above options, please contact us with your queries and we will endeavour to help.

Photo Restoration
While we can certainly use the old, sometimes faded, black and white photos you supply to us for your family books as they are – we can enhance them with higher contrasting and sharpened edges to give them a more crisper, stronger appearance.
However, we can go a step further by colourising them without any loss of quality giving them a more vibrant, natural appearance – like they were just taken yesterday.
